Product Development Technologist I

Job Description:
- Support the Product Development Team with formulation development, optimization, and product trials.
- Prepare benchtop prototypes and assist in analysis in the R&D test kitchen.
- Create product specifications, write technical reports, and test run plans.
- Assist in sensory testing, data entry, and sample preparation for prototypes.
- Manage kitchen supplies, ingredients, and raw materials inventory.
- Calibrate and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Contribute to the development of new products and packaging.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1+ years of product development experience preferred.
- Flavor Studio experience preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and punctuality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other professional platforms.
- Passion for improving childhood nutrition and contributing to a purpose-driven environment.
