Health & Safety Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Specialist to ensure a safe, compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will identify hazards, assess risks, and implement safety protocols in collaboration with employees and leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with experience in food manufacturing considered an asset.
• Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• CRSP Designation is considered an asset.
